Brenda Carter

As the Senior Human Resources Generalist, Brenda Carter administers various Human Resources department plans and procedures for the organization and supports in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. She promotes processes standardization and process improvement, while serving as a key partner to the Human Resources Director.

Brenda earned a BBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, San Bernardino. She has always had a passion for working with animals and feels that being involved with an organization that truly fights to protects animal rights is a privilege.

Currently located in the Coachella Valley, Brenda lives with her spouse and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys painting canvases, spending time in the mountains hiking, kayaking, and wine tasting.
