Sarah Rogers

As a Staff Attorney, Sarah Rogers works with the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s Litigation Program to develop creative strategies to advance the interests and welfare of animals through the legal system.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Photography from Loyola University Chicago. She earned a J.D. and a Certificate in Animal Law from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Located in Portland, Oregon, Sarah shares her home with her spouse and companion cat, Kurdt. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys singing, playing the ukulele, watching documentaries, exploring new places, and sampling Portland’s vegan cuisine with her spouse.
