Bailey Frank

David Reuben Litigation Fellow

As a David Reuben Litigation Fellow, Bailey Frank is responsible for developing state and federal strategic impact litigation to better the lives and legal status of animals.

Bailey earned her J.D. from Duke Law School and B.S from Georgetown University. She previously served as an Animal Legal Defense Fund summer fellow and completed an externship with the organization. Bailey was awarded the Advancement of Animal Law Scholarship in 2020 and had her first scholarly note published in 2022 by the Animal Law Review Journal at Lewis & Clark, entitled Not for Human Consumption: Cruelty Plaguing the Pet Food Industry.

Bailey lives in Durham, NC, with her dog Pomegranate and cat DD.
