Jenna Benton

As the Development Associate, Jenna is the first point of contact to assist with legacy gift planning to valued donors, the public, and estate planning attorneys. Jenna also oversees estate administration for the Animal Legal Defense Funds by working closely with executors, personal representatives, and attorneys to aid in fulfilling the wishes of generous estate donors. She is also an integral part of the Development team, helping to research and coordinate the implementation of departmental policies and procedures for consistency and continual growth of the Development department.

A native of New England, Jenna has an extensive art background in the fields of art history, graphic design, surface pattern design, and computer animation. Through her work she has dedicated her career to her main passion – animals. She cares deeply about protecting those without a voice and is very proud to work daily to create long lasting change for animals. In her free time, she enjoys vegan cooking and baking, being outdoors, writing, and creative endeavors.
