National Actions
Support the Pigs and Public Health Act
Take action now to support the Pigs and Public Health Act, introduced by Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-TX-16), which aims to reduce the number of nonambulatory or “downed” pigs — pigs who are too sick or injured to stand or walk unassisted — in the food system.
Urgent Action: U.S. House Revives Push to Override State Animal Welfare Laws with Rebranded EATS Act
Take action now to oppose the Save Our Bacon Act, a repackaged version of the damaging EATS Act, which would undermine individual states’ ability to enact their own laws to protect farmed animals, consumers, and food safety.
