Yearly Events
Mark your calendar and join student chapters around the nation in helping to promote these annual Animal Legal Defense Fund events:
Speak Out for Farmed Animals Week
Participate in Speak Out for Farmed Animals Week, which is dedicated to raising public awareness about the lack of meaningful laws that protect farmed animals from cruel treatment. Table at your school to educate people about cruelty in animal agriculture, host a plant-based bake sale to show how delicious cruelty-free pastries can be, or hold a screening of a film about factory farming.
Conferences & Symposia
Events such as the annual Animal Law Conference are great educational and networking opportunities. Check our website for a list of upcoming events. Organize a group trip to attend these events as a chapter. Don’t forget to apply for a grant to cover your chapter’s travel expenses!
National Justice for Animals Week
