New York: Help Protect Animals from Inhumane Traveling Acts
This action is for New York state residents only.
The New York State Legislature passed A.5850, which would ban the use of certain wild animals in traveling animal acts in the state, including big cats, bears, nonhuman primates, kangaroos, and wallabies.
It now awaits Governor Kathy Hochul’s signature.
