Urge your U.S. Representative to support the Safeguarding Endangered Species Act!
This action is for U.S. residents only.
The Safeguarding Endangered Species Act(H.R. 9011), introduced by Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA-01) and Mike Quigley (D-IL-05), would invalidate a recent Trump administration rule change and restore the definition of “harm” to ensure that habitats essential to the survival and recovery of ESA-listed species remain protected.
This legislative action directly responds to countless legislative and regulatory attacks faced by the Endangered Species Act (ESA) over the past two years. Most recently, this July, the administration severely weakened the law’s ability to protect threatened and endangered animals from industrial habitat destruction that could injure or kill them by disrupting essential activities like breeding, feeding, and sheltering.
Urge your U.S. Representative to support and co-sponsor the Safeguarding Endangered Species Act!
