United States: Urge Federal Lawmakers to Oppose Damaging Language in the Farm Bill
This action is for U.S. residents only.
The U.S. House Agriculture Committee recently released its version of the Farm Bill, and it includes language that would nullify state laws designed to protect farmed animals and threaten states’ rights.
Contact your representative now and ask them to vote no on this harmful Farm Bill language. Since all House members are up for reelection this November, you also can ask for their position on preserving states’ ability to set their own health, safety and welfare standards.
