Summer 2026 Litigation Fellow
Yale Climate Change & Animal Agriculture Legal Initiative
Remote or New Haven, Connecticut
The Climate Change & Animal Agriculture Legal Initiative (CCAALI) is a project within the Law, Environment & Animals Program (LEAP) at Yale Law School. CCAALI, which launched in 2021, focuses on the intersection of climate change and the food system, exploring the potential for legal approaches to hold animal agriculture companies accountable for their climate pollution.
CCAALI is seeking full-time law student Litigation Fellows for Summer 2026, to work on multiple discrete projects in support of strategic litigation. Work may include research in support of potential litigation relating to environmental statutes (both federal and state); environmental justice; tort claims; administrative challenges; and consumer protection theories.
Hours & Compensation: 10 weeks of full-time work; $7,200 stipend.
