Tell the Senate: Oppose a Farm Bill that Harms Animals
This action is for residents of all U.S. states and territories.
Ask your U.S. Senators to oppose any version of the Farm Bill that harms animals.
The Farm Bill is a multi-year law that governs an array of agricultural, food, and conservation programs, and provides lawmakers an opportunity to address agricultural issues, including ones related to animal welfare.
The Senate Farm Bill (also known as The Agricultural Act of 2026) is here and yields mixed results for animals. Thankfully, it does not include the harmful “Save Our Bacon Act,” which would undermine state animal protection laws and overturn voter-approved standards for the treatment of farmed animals, like California’s Proposition 12. Unfortunately, it does include language that would repeal a prohibition on using taxpayer dollars to promote the mink fur farming industry.
Use the form below to contact your U.S. Senators and urge them to oppose any version of the Farm Bill that harms animals.
