Delaware: Stop Cruel Puppy Mills

This action is for Delaware state residents only.

Delaware lawmakers are considering H.B.131 to stop the puppy-mill-to-pet-store pipeline into the state. This bill would ban the retail sale of puppies and kittens in the state. Instead of selling mill-bred animals, pet stores would be encouraged to partner with animal shelters or rescue groups to offer rescued animals for adoption, in addition to selling companion animal products.

Send a message to your legislators below, urging them to support this legislation to protect animals and Delaware consumers.
