Rachel Webb

Rachel Webb is the Accounting Manager at the Animal Legal Defense Fund, where she supports the organization’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. With a strong focus on accuracy and accountability, she helps ensure that ALDF’s financial health aligns with its mission to protect the lives and advance the interests of animals.

Rachel brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience, including six years in nonprofit financial management. She holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Rachel has a proven track record of strengthening fiscal systems and supporting small to mid-sized organizations.

Rachel lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her teenage son, and is mom to four adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, and all things vegan.
