Miranda Hoffman

Development Data and Systems Manager

As the Development Data and Systems Manager, Miranda Hoffman oversees and optimizes development data and tools at the Animal Legal Defense Fund to help meet fundraising goals and advance the organization’s mission to protect animals through the legal system.

Prior to joining the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Miranda served as the Data Director at Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) where she oversaw ACE’s tech stack, ensuring effective data systems, integration, analysis, and reporting. Miranda earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and is a Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Miranda lives in Bellingham, Washington, on traditional Lummi and Nooksack land with her husband and two dogs, Callie and Luna. When she’s not working, she enjoys walking her dogs, hiking, traveling, and watching films at her local independent cinema.
