Jon Feigelson

Jonathan Feigelson joined the Animal Legal Defense Fund board in 2023. He currently serves as Chief Regulatory Counsel and Senior Advisor to the Director, Office of the National Cyber Director, Executive Office of the President of the United States. Jonathan previously served as General Counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Prior to joining EXIM, Jonathan was General Counsel of GMO, a global asset management firm. In prior roles he served as General Counsel of other financial services companies, including iCapital and TIAA. Additionally, Jonathan has worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. in various offices around the world, as well as for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted financial crimes.

Jon earned his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University, where he was a nominee for the Rhodes and Marshall Scholarships, his Master’s with highest honors in International Relations from The London School of Economics, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review.
