Melissa Bostic

As HR Director, Melissa Bostic is a champion of people and HRIS tech. She earned a BS and an MBA from James Madison University, an MSW from Norfolk State University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. She received DEI Certification and a Forbes Council member title 2018 through 2020. Melissa currently volunteers for non-profits in North Carolina when they have HR questions but do not have an HR department. She is also a longtime volunteer at animal shelters.

Originally from Queens, NY, Melissa now lives in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She has a spouse who is active-duty military and four humans that are not quite babies anymore. She also has four four-legged babies named Etika, Gizmo, Molly, and Whiskey.
