Elizabeth Meydenbauer

Accounting Associate

As the Accounting Associate, Elizabeth Meydenbauer supports the Animal Legal Defense Fund’s Finance Department by performing various tasks including A/P process, payroll, and account reconciliations.

Elizabeth earned an AA degree in Accounting from Empire College in Santa Rosa, California. She also earned payroll and bookkeeping certifications from the National Bookkeeper’s Association.

Located in Santa Rosa, California, Elizabeth shares her home with her husband Chris, daughter Ava, and son Andrew. She also cares for two rescue dogs, a Puggle named Cali and a pitbull German shepherd mix named Jax. Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dogs, and trying new things with her children.

Elizabeth volunteers annually with the United Way’s EARN It! KEEP It! SAVE It! program, assisting low-income Sonoma County families in preparing tax returns free of cost. She has received recognition for her efforts in this program, as well as several community service awards from the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County for her volunteering commitment with the non-profit Community Action Partnership.
