Legal Research & Content Writing Internship
Materra
Materra is an innovative environmental risk management firm, based in Tel Aviv. It was founded by a team of financial and intelligence experts, devoted to use their expertise and knowledge to better the environment and ensure wildlife conservation. Materra provides a variety of services to multiple entities who wish to promote environmental and wildlife protection. Amongst these entities are governments, nonprofits, and companies.
Our internship program offers current students an opportunity to gain real work experience by developing and promoting innovative solutions for animal protection. Our interns will focus on legal research and content writing, drafting articles, blogs, and newsletter updates. They will be exposed to a wide range of projects, including local community led projects and global large-scale clients.
We accept applications for internships on an ongoing basis and offer between one and two internships each semester during the spring, summer, and fall. Interns are expected to commit at least 8 hours/week during the spring and fall semesters and 15 hours/week during the summer.
Current law students with a passion for Animal Law and an interest in developing legal and research skills, while joining an innovative organization, are invited to apply. Internships are conducted remotely and grant academic credit.
Current 2L and 3L law students interested in an internship should submit (1) a cover letter, (2) resume, (3) writing sample, and (4) two references to inbar@materraint.com. Please indicate which semester you would like to intern. Application materials should be combined into a single package.
