Before joining the Boalt faculty in 1988, Angela Harris served as a law clerk to Judge Joel M. Flaum of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and as an attorney in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster.

Taimie Bryant teaches Property, Nonprofit Organizations, and Animals and the Law at UCLA. Since 1995, she has taught classes in animal law, and, in 1998, she was the lead drafter of California state legislation to shift animal sheltering from killing to saving lives.

Patrick Brown, MD is a professor of biochemistry at Howard Hughes Medical Institute/Stanford University. Most recently, he is turning his attention to developing practical, constructive strategies for eradicating animal farming.

Bruce Myers is a senior attorney with the Washington-based Environmental Law Institute. He has worked on a wide range of environmental issues in the United States and abroad.

Stephen Payne is a software developer and computer forensic examiner. He has developed, commercially published and distributed 20 tools for the use in the field of Computer Forensics.
