Susan Walton
Susan Walton has been a prosecutor in Virginia for 19 years, the last 12 of which have been in the City of Suffolk. As Senior Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney she is assigned to the violent crimes team and Gang Task Force Unit, but she feels just as inspired by her role as the office's animal cruelty prosecutor.
Samuel Miller
Assistant State Attorney Samuel Miller is a specialized animal cruelty prosecutor for Palm Beach County, Florida. Samuel is responsible for the filing and reviewing of all animal cruelty cases in the county.
Lieutenant Alan Borgal
Lieutenant Alan Borgal has been employed by the Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) for 37 years and is currently the Director for the Center of Animal Protection. He has been a Massachusetts Special State Police Officer since 1981 and has extensive experience and knowledge of field investigations involving animal abuse and the unlawful killing of animals.
Kathleen Rice
Kathleen Rice has served as the District Attorney for Nassau County, New York since 2006. She created the Animal Crimes Unit and 24-hour hotline in February 2010 to handle cases involving animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect.
Senator Judi Guthertz
Senator Judith Guthertz serves as Assistant Majority Leader of the Guam Legislature. She works closely with Guam's animal welfare organization, Guam Animals in Need and has introduced and successfully got passed into Guam law a number of animal welfare bills.
