Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) is available if registration is canceled by March 19, 2010. A 50% refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) is available if registration is canceled by March 26, 2010. We regret that no refund is available after March 26, 2010.

CLE Credits
The Pennsylvania CLE Board has approved the conference for 10.5 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) general credit hours in Pennsylvania. Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conference for attorneys who register for CLE credits through the online conference registration pages.

We have also been approved for 10 CLE general credit hours through the Oregon State Bar and 12.5 CLE general credit hours through the Wisconsin Court System. Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conference for attorneys who register for CLE credits through the online conference registration pages.

Many other states will accept CLE credits from Pennsylvania, Oregon, or Wisconsin.  Please contact your State Bar Association for details about transferring CLE credits from other states.
