Stop Tyson Foods!
This week, ALDF filed a petition with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to stop the deceptive advertising of Tyson Foods Inc. Tyson's materials claim it provides "favorable" and "comfortable" environments for the pigs and chickens in their care, while the truth is that Tyson is responsible for some of the cruelest conditions for animals in the factory farming industry. For the safety of millions of pigs and chickens, and for the protection of truth-in-advertising, we urge the FTC to act immediately to stop Tyson.

As the largest U.S. producer of chicken and second largest producer of beef and pork, Tyson's presence in the animal product industry extends across the nation. The corporation relies on controversial "broiler houses" for its production of chickens, and gestations crates for its pregnant sows—these crates have been banned in nine states for animal cruelty. Undercover investigations reveal systematic abuse of animals in Tyson supplier slaughterhouses. And yet, Tyson gets away with leading consumers to think it treats animals with compassion.
Animals need the FTC to act on ALDF's petition immediately. Millions of animals are being harmed by Tyson, and every day more consumers are misled.

Since I am a Vegan, I do not touch any exploitative torture-/murder products anyway. Tyson, or any other. I also will publish a website soon and hope to include your link in there do people can inform themselves. Thanks for all you do.
I am mostly vegetarian. From time to time, I eat very small amounts of chicken and beef. I do not eat pork. I can't stand the mistreatment of animals. The cruelty in this country is overbearing. I don't understand why the government allows such treatment. Pehaps the people should elect officials that care for animals!!!
I was vegetarian for last 7 yrs but now a strict vegan on my 3rd yr.. although i have had some health issues along the way i continue to be vegan till the day i die...I changed alot within myself to be a better human being and to evolve into something more than my former self.. I live sustainably the best way i can as well i gave up driving for a long time but now have van that i drive maybe 2-3x a month only when nessasery.. I wanna be more involved in animal rights as well as human rights.. I stand behind the ALDF and believe in there causes..
