Dangerous Levels of Lead Found in Toys for Companion Animals
Posted by April Nockleby, ALDF's Online Content Manager on March 5th, 2008The Dallas Morning News published a story yesterday after Florida's St. Peterburg Times screened two dozen pet toys and products for lead content. While the tests found that most of the products had minimal or no amounts of lead, two products contained high levels of lead and could be dangerous to companion animals and children.
